Trying to have a life here...
There's a lack of updates, I know. I do have a half-finished database-driven version of this site in the works though, so stay tuned. Oh, some actual news: Changing Planes is, of course, in your bookstore now. 26 Nov 2003

Free stories online
If you haven't already, make sure to read these free online stories: The Flyers of Gy - an interplanary tale (from scifi.com) and The seasons of the Ansarac (from the Infinite Matrix). Both stories will be in the new collection of short stories, Changing Planes, scheduled for July. 11 Feb. 2003.

Le Guin's World is still alive
In spite of the lack of updates I'm still here. Also, the e-mail address leguinsworld@mail.com is now working again. (the mail quota was filled - an unfortunate combination of me not looking there, a flood of herbal essences spam and a lot of submissions of scans for the cover gallery) 7 Nov. 2002

Le Guin on TV
Sci-fi channel are reportedly working on adaptation of both The Earthsea trilogy and The Left Hand of Darkness. (Read about it at scifi.com or comicsutra). (Spotted by The Ekumen) 30 Apr. 2002

Intracom MP3
Mark Williamson taped a radio performance of Intracom back in the seventies. Now he turned in to a MP3 file and put it online on his website. You'll find it at http://www.geocities.com/mark_williamsonau/
