He was once a Jedi Master and a mentor for the jedis. He lived for about 900 years before he died on Dagobah in Return of the Jedi.Yoda is of a unknown orign but it seems like were going to get to know a little more about his species in the prequels because the rumors speak of another on named Yaddle.

History of Jaster Mereel a.k.a. Boba Fett :
A long time ago Boba Fett was known as the Journeyman Protector Jaster Mereel on the world of Concord Down. He was condemn for killing another protector. Even tough the other Protector had been corrupted. Mereel was still imprisoned for the murder and because he had disgraced his office and uniform. His sentence was to be exiled from Concord Down and stripped of all he owned. Later on he took the name Boba Fett, dug up the mandalorian battle armor from somewhere and became a bounty hunter.

History of Boba Fett :
He was once chief officer in the mandalorian super commandos. But the empire came to mandalore and made the it to a slave planet under the empire. The empire forced the super commadoes to fight against the jediknights which led to that almost the entire super commandos where wiped out, of the 212 super commandos that joined the war only 3 survived Boba Fett, Fenn Shysa and Tobbi Dala. After the war Boba Fett left his home world to become a bounty hunter. With his battle techniques and combat skill he soon became the best bounty hunter around.
