Types of Memberships available in USFA - Responsibilities and Benefits
Club Membership
Yearly Dues $300.00/club
Responsibilities
Put on leagues and tournaments.
Develop youth and adult teams.
Hold clinics and camps for players.
Benefits
Participation in USFA sanctioned leagues, tournaments and events.
Workshops for coaches and officials.
Use of the USFA Logo.
If a club decides to be a chapter of the USFA they will also have 501(c)(3)
status.
Individual Membership-Players, Coaches, Officials
Yearly Dues $50.00
Re-issue player pass/New License Fee $15.00. This is to replace a lost
license or to issue a new license in the event of a transfer/move to
a new club.
Responsibilities
Participate actively in club and/or USFA activities.
To conduct oneself as an ambassador of the sport of floorball on and
off the court.

Secondary Insurance Coverage
10% discount on floorball equipment from participating vendors.
Eventually: Newsletter, discount with car rental agency, sanctioned
officials for tournament and league play
Charter Membership
Yearly Dues $50.00. Everyone joining the USFA before December 31, 2003
will be considered a Charter Member so long as membership is continuously
maintained. Your name will appear on the website, any special publications
and related USFA material. At tournaments and other USFA functions you
will have a special name tag to reflect your charter status.
Associate Memberships
Yearly dues of $50.00 per representative plus company contribution/gift
or other marketing program the company might design, to the USFA. Your
company name will appear on the website, any special publications and
related USFA material. At tournaments and other USFA functions associate
members will have a special name tag to reflect their status and will
be allocated space, if desired, to set up a promotional table, booth
or hospitality room or function.
Patron
All members will be offered the opportunity for further promotional
exposure by making a negotiated contribution in addition to annual dues.
These members will enhance the ability of the association to develop
new programs and membership services -- contributions here can be general
in nature or directed to specific plans or programs.
